Creature Placement Tutorial

For spawning temporary creatures at your location. They will not respawn if defeated.

Note: Creature placements are not saved and will be lost when the server is restarted. They will spawn at your current standing location, and may attack you if they are hostile.

Enter build mode by entering the /creaturebrowse command.

The browse command.

The Browse Spawnables window will open.

Browse spawnables window.

Type in a creature name in the search box, and hit Enter or click the Search button. The server will return a list of matching creatures. The names are case sensitive. A maximum of 75 entries are returned for any query.

The returned entries will show the creature ID, its name and level, and which package it belongs to. You can select which category to search in the dropdown list. The server does not support Spawn Packages, so the only effective queries are All, Creatures, and Incomplete Creatures, which only searches creatures with no appearance data (they will appear as pink shroomies).

Select a creature entry and click Create Spawn to place it. You may need to wait several seconds until the next server update cycle before it appears on your screen.

Creatures are placed at your character's current standing location. Hostile creatures will immediately begin attacking you unless you use the /god command.

Creature tweaking for these definitions is not functional.

To delete a creature, enter building mode (the same mode used for placing props).
